Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Regal Roots is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact us at regalrootssupport@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at regalrootssupport@gmail.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
