At Regal Roots, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
Due to the nature of our hair care products, all sales are considered final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at regalrootssupport@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review your request.
To initiate any return or replacement request, customers must contact us first. Return instructions and the appropriate return address (if applicable) will be provided upon approval. Please do not send products back without prior authorization.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
